Attached Staff

Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN)

Our CPN holds clinics here at The Birches on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons and can offer advice and support with a range of mental health issues. A referral is needed from a doctor, so please discuss this with one of our GP’s if you would like to know more about gaining access to this service.

Dementia Advisory Service

We are pleased to be offering this new service from February 2015 in partnership with our friends at Age UK Suffolk. Professionally trained advisors will now be holding regular sessions at the practice in order to offer advice and support to any of our patients or their carers / family members in relation to dementia. Please speak to any of our clinical staff if you are interested in accessing this service.
